噴鑄成型出產(chǎn)方法其特色是:熔融金屬液在短時(shí)間內(nèi),經(jīng)由霧化裝置將金屬液噴散成細(xì)小顆粒(10~500微米),噴鑄堆積在預(yù)定的沉積板上。
The production method of spray casting is characterized in that: in a short period of time, the molten metal liquid is sprayed into fine particles (10-500 μ m) through the atomization device, and the spray casting is piled on the predetermined deposition plate.
噴鑄成型制程突出的特點(diǎn),便是熔融金屬液急速冷卻凝固及霧化作用,使金屬液中過飽和的相能夠微細(xì)化并均勻分散,戰(zhàn)勝了傳統(tǒng)鑄造制程中,因冷卻速率較慢而產(chǎn)生的微觀的偏析及安排粗大的現(xiàn)象。噴鑄成型制程由金屬液直接成型為固態(tài)的粗胚體,也戰(zhàn)勝了粉末冶金制程中,繁瑣多道次處理程序及其安排密實(shí)度欠安及粉末氧化嚴(yán)峻的問題,使得噴鑄成型資料比粉末冶金資料具有低氣孔隙和較好的性能。
The outstanding feature of spray casting process is the rapid cooling, solidification and atomization of molten metal, which makes the supersaturated phase in the molten metal fine and evenly dispersed, and overcomes the phenomenon of micro segregation and coarse arrangement caused by slow cooling rate in traditional casting process. In the spray casting process, the metal liquid is directly formed into solid coarse embryo, which overcomes the problems of the complex multi-step processing procedures and the poor density arrangement and the severe powder oxidation in the powder metallurgy process, making the spray casting data have lower porosity and better performance than the powder metallurgy data.
噴鑄成型的長處有很多,如:高的堆積速率,(一般為0.25~1.7千克/秒);形狀可復(fù)雜化,可減少加工過程;合金的分配多樣化,成分不受限制;粗胚體的密度較粉末冶金高,氧化物含量也較小等。

在噴鑄成型制程中,金屬液能夠非??焖俚乩鋮s凝固并凝結(jié)為實(shí)體形狀,使得傳統(tǒng)鑄造制程的微觀偏析問題及粉末冶金制程中氧化的缺陷,得以戰(zhàn)勝,而表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的資料特性。
