手板模型常見的兩種分類？

手板模型，通俗點(diǎn)來講，手板就是在沒有開模具的前提下，依據(jù)產(chǎn)品外觀圖紙或結(jié)構(gòu)圖紙先做出的一個(gè)或幾個(gè)，用來檢查外觀或結(jié)構(gòu)合理性的功用樣板。手板目前在不同的地方亦稱為首板。接下來咱們就來介紹下手板模型的兩種分類方式。
Hand board model, in general, hand board is one or several functional templates made first according to the product appearance drawings or structural drawings without opening the mold to check the rationality of appearance or structure. At present, handboards are also called Shouban in different places. Next let's introduce two kinds of classification methods of the lower board model.

一、手板模型按制造方式分為數(shù)控手板和手藝手板：
1、 According to the manufacturing mode, the handicraft model is divided into CNC handicraft and handicraft:
1、數(shù)控手板：其主要工作量是用數(shù)控機(jī)床完結(jié)的，而依據(jù)所用設(shè)備的不同，又可分為激光快速成形(RP,RapidPrototyping)手板和加工(CNC)手板。
1. CNC hand board: its main work is completed by CNC machine tools. According to the different equipment used, it can be divided into RP (rapid prototyping) hand board and CNC hand board.
2、手藝手板：其主要工作是用手藝完結(jié)的。
2. Craftsmanship board: its main work is finished by craftsmanship.
3、RP手板：主要是用激光快速成型技能出產(chǎn)出來的手板。DB：CNC手板：主要是用加工出產(chǎn)出來的手板。
3. RP board: mainly produced by laser rapid prototyping technology. DB: CNC hand board: mainly produced by the processing center.
RP手板同CNC手板相比較各有千秋：
Compared with CNC handboards, RP handboards have their own advantages:
RP手板的優(yōu)點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在它的快速性上，可是它主要是經(jīng)過堆積技能成型，因而RP手板一般相對(duì)粗糙，并且對(duì)產(chǎn)品的壁厚有必定要求，比方說壁厚太薄便不能出產(chǎn)。
The advantages of RP hand board mainly lie in its rapidity, but it is mainly formed by stacking skills, so RP hand board is generally relatively rough, and there are certain requirements for the product wall thickness, for example, the wall thickness is too thin to produce.
CNC手板模型的優(yōu)點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)在它能非常準(zhǔn)確的反映圖紙所表達(dá)信息，并且CNC手板外表質(zhì)量高，特別在其完結(jié)外表噴涂和絲印后，乃比開模具后出產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品還要光彩照人。因而，CNC手板加工愈來愈成為手板制造業(yè)的干流。
The advantage of CNC model is that it can accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawings, and the appearance quality of CNC model is high, especially after finishing the appearance spraying and silk screen printing, even more brilliant than the products produced after opening the mold. As a result, CNC handboard processing is becoming the main stream of handboard manufacturing industry.
二、按所用資料分
2、 By data used
手板按照制造所用的資料，可分為金屬手板、塑膠手板、硅膠手板：
According to the materials used in manufacturing, the hand board can be divided into metal hand board, plastic hand board and silica gel hand board:
1、金屬手板：其原資料為鋁鎂合金等金屬資料，主要是一些產(chǎn)品的手板，比方筆記本電腦、單放機(jī)、MP3播放機(jī)、CD機(jī)等等。
1. Metal handboards: the original materials are aluminum magnesium alloy and other metal materials, mainly handboards of some advanced products, such as laptop, advanced single player, MP3 player, CD player, etc.
2、塑膠手板：其原資料為塑膠，主要是一些塑膠產(chǎn)品的手板，比方電視機(jī)、顯示器、電話機(jī)等等。
2. Plastic handboards: the original materials are plastic, mainly handboards of some plastic products, such as TV sets, monitors, telephones, etc.
3、硅膠手板：其原資料為硅膠，主要是展現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)外形的手板，比方轎車、手機(jī)、玩具、工藝品、日用品等等。
3. Silica gel hand board: the original material is silica gel, which mainly shows the design shape of products, such as cars, mobile phones, toys, handicrafts, daily necessities, etc.
