低壓灌注成型的工作原理：將預(yù)先配制好的多組份聚氨酯材料經(jīng)計(jì)量泵以一定的配比送入混合頭經(jīng)混合后，在低壓環(huán)境下注入快速模具內(nèi)，通過(guò)材料的聚合、交聯(lián)、固化等化學(xué)和物理過(guò)程形成制品，注入量由泵的單位吐出量和注射時(shí)間來(lái)控制。
