手板加工過(guò)程中出錯(cuò)了常用的補(bǔ)救材料有兩種

手板模型定制加工行業(yè)里面，要想不出錯(cuò)也是不可能的，那么出錯(cuò)后我們應(yīng)該如何補(bǔ)救呢？一般可用補(bǔ)救材料填在過(guò)切或錯(cuò)切的地方。在手板行業(yè)中常用的補(bǔ)救材料是原子灰或502膠水混合痱子粉。
In the hand model customization processing industry, it is impossible to make no mistakes, so how should we remedy the mistakes? Generally, remedial materials can be used to fill the over cut or wrong cut places. The commonly used remedial material in the hand board industry is atomic ash or 502 glue mixed with prickly heat powder.
502膠水混合痱子粉：取適量痱子粉加入502膠水調(diào)成稀糊狀即可。將調(diào)好的材料填入過(guò)切的地方待干后再補(bǔ)加工一下。
502 glue mixed with prickly heat powder: take an appropriate amount of prickly heat powder and add 502 glue to make it into a thin paste. Fill the adjusted material into the over cut place and wait for it to dry before processing.
補(bǔ)救前提是：工件為非透明件，透明工件是不許有粘接痕跡的。一般都是針對(duì)塑膠件進(jìn)行補(bǔ)救，非透明件有：ABS，POM，PA。透明件有：PMMA，PC。

原子灰為膠狀粘稠物，需要配合催干劑才能凝固。進(jìn)口原子灰較貴，如：德國(guó)Bentex-autodody-filler，為100多/250克；國(guó)產(chǎn)原子灰較便宜，為50多/850克。
Atomic ash is a colloidal viscous substance, which needs to be combined with a drying agent to solidify. The price of imported atomic ash is relatively expensive, such as bentex autodody filler in Germany, which is more than 100 /250 grams; Domestic atomic ash is cheaper, with a price of more than 50 /850 grams.
另外在加工過(guò)程中，以及在凝固的時(shí)候會(huì)把澆口開(kāi)到比較薄的區(qū)域，在這里將冷鐵放上去了以后，手板上各個(gè)部位的溫度都是一樣的，就可以在同時(shí)完成凝固了。
In addition, during processing and solidification, the gate will be opened to a relatively thin area. After the cold iron is placed here, the temperature of all parts on the hand board is the same, and solidification can be completed at the same time.
通過(guò)這種方式來(lái)進(jìn)行加工，雖然可以減少手板當(dāng)中的內(nèi)應(yīng)力，但是另外也可能會(huì)有縮孔的問(wèn)題。因此，在同一時(shí)間內(nèi)完成凝固處理大部分是用在一些收縮不是很大的鑄鐵等材料當(dāng)中。因?yàn)檫@些材料一般是不會(huì)有縮孔的問(wèn)題的。
Processing in this way can reduce the internal stress in the hand board, but there may also be shrinkage problems. Therefore, most of the solidification treatment completed at the same time is used in some materials such as cast iron with small shrinkage. Because these materials generally do not have the problem of shrinkage.
濟(jì)南手板加工人員提示，尤其是PMMA也是我們俗稱的有機(jī)玻璃，因?yàn)椴牧闲阅艿奶厥庑裕艽嘁琢?，又不能有粘接痕跡，所以在加工過(guò)程中要特別注意，一旦下刀過(guò)快，整個(gè)材料有可能會(huì)斷裂，那么整個(gè)手板就報(bào)廢，因此PMMA手板樣件也是較其他手板較貴的。
