手板模型的制作對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的影響

因為濟南手板模型是不同的開模加工成型,還是有很多弊端,對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計也會產(chǎn)生一些影響,那么到了模型,就需要進行一些檢查。一個是加工檢查,一個是設(shè)計檢查。

1.加工檢查

A、外觀模型的檢查、設(shè)計是否一致、表面處理技術(shù)是否與設(shè)計一致、整體效果是否達到預期效果。

C、濟南手板模型的測量數(shù)是否在設(shè)計的合理制御可能范圍內(nèi),通常,手板的制作公差在0.5~1.5的范圍內(nèi),產(chǎn)品越大,公差越大,板金的變化越大,模型的制作說明需要特別標明。

2、設(shè)計檢查
2. Design inspection
A、得到外觀模型后,必須進行設(shè)計判斷。對外觀進行檢測,包括造型是否美觀、零件比例是否協(xié)調(diào)、表面處理是否合理等。
A. After obtaining the appearance model, design judgment must be made. Inspect the appearance, including whether the design is aesthetically pleasing, whether the part proportions are coordinated, and whether the surface treatment is reasonable.
B、得到結(jié)構(gòu)模型后,判斷組裝后是否有結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計缺陷,是根據(jù)模型加工還是構(gòu)造設(shè)計。

例如,坐標、設(shè)計坐標是0.4,實際組裝后比較松,模型加工不到位,坐標量減少,所以要判斷是松弛的還是腕力太長沒有力量松弛的,需要檢測。

C、金屬板需要檢測材料的厚度、變形和強度。板金加工變形引起的組裝問題,需要檢測和考慮是設(shè)計沒有考慮加工變形量引起的組裝問題,還是模型工廠加工引起的產(chǎn)品變形。
