快速成型的應(yīng)用主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：
The application of rapid prototyping is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證與功能驗(yàn)證。RP技術(shù)可快速地將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的CAD模型轉(zhuǎn)換成物理實(shí)物模型，方便地驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)人員的設(shè)計(jì)思想和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性、可裝配性、美觀性，發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)中的問題可及時(shí)修改。
1. Design verification and Functional verification in the process of new product development. RP technology can quickly convert CAD models of product design into physical physical models, conveniently verifying the rationality, assemblability, and aesthetics of designers' design ideas and product structures. Any problems found in the design can be promptly corrected.
2、可制造性、可裝配性檢驗(yàn)和供貨詢價(jià)、市場宣傳，對(duì)有限空間的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)。對(duì)于復(fù)雜零件，可以用RP，技術(shù)進(jìn)行試生產(chǎn)以確定佳的合理的工藝。此外，RP原型還是產(chǎn)品從設(shè)計(jì)到商品化各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中進(jìn)行交流的有效手段。
2. Manufacturability, assemblability inspection, supply inquiry, market promotion, and complex systems with limited space. For complex parts, RP and technology can be used for trial production to determine the optimal and reasonable process. In addition, RP prototypes are also an effective means of communication in various stages of product design and commercialization.
3、單件、小批量和特殊復(fù)雜零件的直接生產(chǎn)。對(duì)于高分子材料的零部件，可用高強(qiáng)度的工程塑料直接山東快速成型，滿足使用要求。對(duì)于復(fù)雜金屬零件，可通過快速鑄造或直接金屬件成型獲得。
3. Direct production of single piece, small batch, and special complex parts.
