Do you know the process flow of plastic spraying in the hand board process? Next, let's have a brief introduction from Jinan Handboard Factory. The plastic spraying process of the hand board process includes five aspects:
1.退火：退火是指塑件成型時(shí)產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力的過(guò)程。退火是為了避免涂裝后應(yīng)力集中處開(kāi)裂問(wèn)題。退火處理是把塑料成型件加熱到熱變形溫度以下，保溫2h即可應(yīng)力。
1. Annealing: annealing refers to the process of relieving the stress generated during the forming of plastic parts. Annealing is to avoid cracking at the stress concentration after coating. Annealing treatment is to heat the plastic molding to the temperature below the thermal deformation temperature, and the stress can be relieved after holding for 2h.
2.除油：塑料件表面常沾有油污、手汗和脫模劑，它會(huì)使涂料附著力變差，涂層產(chǎn)生龜裂、起泡和脫落。涂裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行除油處理。對(duì)塑料件通常用汽油或酒精清洗，然后進(jìn)行化學(xué)除油化學(xué)除油后應(yīng)清洗工件表面殘留堿液，并用純水后清洗干凈，晾干或烘干。
2. Degreasing: The surface of plastic parts is often stained with oil stain, hand sweat and release agent, which will make the adhesion of the coating poor, and the coating will crack, blister and fall off. Oil removal shall be carried out before painting. The plastic parts are usually cleaned with gasoline or alcohol, and then the residual lye on the surface of the workpiece shall be cleaned after chemical degreasing, and cleaned with pure water, dried or dried.
3.除電及除塵：塑料制品是絕緣體，表面電阻一般在1013Ω左右，易產(chǎn)生靜電。帶電后容易吸附空氣中的細(xì)小灰塵而附著于表面。因靜電吸附的灰塵用一般吹氣法除去十分困難，采用高壓離子化空氣流同時(shí)除電除塵的效果較好。
3. Electricity removal and dust removal: plastic products are insulators, and the surface resistance is generally about 1013 Ω, which is easy to generate static electricity. After electrification, it is easy to absorb fine dust in the air and attach to the surface. Because it is very difficult to remove the dust adsorbed by static electricity by general air blowing method, it is better to use high-pressure ionized air flow to remove the electrostatic dust at the same time.
4.噴涂：塑料涂層厚度為15~20μm，通常要噴涂2~3道才能完成。一道噴涂后晾干15min，再進(jìn)行第二次噴涂。需要光亮的表面還須噴涂透明涂料。涂后的制件對(duì)于阻燃性能基本沒(méi)有影響。
4. Spraying: plastic coating thickness is 15~20 μ m. It usually takes 2-3 coats to finish. Dry for 15min after the first spraying, and then conduct the second spraying. The surface that needs to be bright must also be sprayed with transparent paint. The coated parts have no effect on the flame retardance.
5.烘干：涂完后可在室溫下自干，也可在60℃條件下烘烤30min。正確的塑料噴涂工藝可以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，也可以提高生產(chǎn)效率。蘇州金瑄工貿(mào)有限公司多年從事塑料噴涂加工，擁有成熟的加工工藝。
5. Drying: after coating, it can be dried at room temperature or baked for 30min at 60 ℃. Correct plastic spraying process can improve product quality and production efficiency.
