1、手板發(fā)生變形后，其內(nèi)部存在一定的殘余應(yīng)力。在對(duì)手板加工前應(yīng)該應(yīng)力?？梢允褂脩?yīng)力退火和自然時(shí)效來使內(nèi)部應(yīng)力消失。

2、手板熱裂紋多數(shù)是由于機(jī)械應(yīng)力造成，是在金屬凝固所造成的裂紋。解決辦法是改良手板結(jié)構(gòu)，使其與金屬接觸的面更少。另外一種辦法是在控制金屬的含硫量而增加金屬的熱脆性。

3、手板冷裂紋是在低溫下所產(chǎn)品的裂紋。這是由于手板變形引致的，常常出現(xiàn)在手板受拉伸的地方，冷裂紋一般比較細(xì)小，但這種裂紋是不可逆的缺陷，只能重做。在制作大型而薄的手板時(shí)，常發(fā)生冷裂紋。相似，預(yù)防辦法也是減小內(nèi)部應(yīng)力和控制金屬中磷的含量。
3. The cold crack of the hand board is the crack of the product at low temperature.
