一，硅橡膠法，通過該方法所制造的硅橡膠模具不僅有良好的彈性，同時(shí)還可以在模具上制作一些非常精美的紋路，但是該類模具的適用性不強(qiáng)；
1、 Silicone rubber method: the silicone rubber mold manufactured by this method not only has good elasticity, but also can make some very fine lines on the mold, but the applicability of this kind of mold is not strong;
二，樹脂法，當(dāng)模具的需求量非常大時(shí)，工作人員可以使用樹脂材料作為模具的制作原材料，并且通過合理地使用快速成型技術(shù)中原型壓鑄的方式來率地完成該類型模具的批量制作；
2、 Resin method: when the demand for molds is very large, the staff can use resin materials as the raw materials for mold production, and can efficiently complete the batch production of this type of molds by reasonably using the prototype die-casting method in rapid prototyping technology;
三，金屬法，工作人員使用該方法進(jìn)行模具制作時(shí)，通常以RP8d為原型，并且在此基礎(chǔ)上將金屬合金均勻地噴涂于模型的外表面，并且將模具的制作原材料快速地填入模具內(nèi)，完成金屬模具的制作，該方法的優(yōu)勢在于操作簡便、一次成型、制作周期短、耐磨性強(qiáng)等；
3、 Metal method: when workers use this method to make molds, rp8d is usually used as the prototype, and on this basis, the metal alloy is uniformly sprayed on the outer surface of the model, and the raw materials of the mold are quickly filled into the mold to complete the production of the metal mold. The advantages of this method are simple operation, one-time molding, short production cycle and strong wear resistance;
硬質(zhì)模具

工作人員在使用快速成型技術(shù)進(jìn)行硬質(zhì)模具的生產(chǎn)制造時(shí)，通常會使用以下方法：
When using rapid prototyping technology to produce hard molds, workers usually use the following methods:
一，電火花法，該方法主要是指工作人員將BPM作為模具的圓形，同時(shí)將EDM作為連接模具的電源，通過電火花的方式對模具進(jìn)行加工制造，然后再合理地使用三維砂輪以及石墨電極的方式對該模具進(jìn)行細(xì)節(jié)上的處理，終完成整個(gè)鋼模具的制作；
1、 Electrical discharge method: this method mainly refers to that the staff use BPM as the circular shape of the mold, and EDM as the power supply to connect the mold, process and manufacture the mold by means of electrical discharge, and then reasonably use three-dimensional grinding wheel and graphite electrode to process the details of the mold, and finally complete the production of the whole steel mold;
二，熔模法，該方法主要適用于鋼模具的批量制造，以RPM原型作為母版通過軟蠟熔模的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼模具的精密復(fù)制；
2、 Investment mold method: this method is mainly applicable to the batch manufacturing of steel molds. The RPM prototype is used as the master plate to realize the precision replication of steel molds through soft wax investment mold;
三，陶瓷法，對于一些數(shù)量較少的模具批量鑄造生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，工作人員便可以使用陶瓷法進(jìn)行模具的制作生產(chǎn)，依然以RPM為模板原型，將陶瓷砂漿作為模板制作的原材料，通過焙燒的方式對陶瓷砂漿進(jìn)行固化處理，以此來完成模板的制作。
3、 Ceramic method: for some mold batch casting production enterprises with a small number of molds, the staff can use the ceramic method to produce molds. The rpm is still used as the template prototype, and the ceramic mortar is used as the raw material for the template production. The ceramic mortar is cured by baking to complete the template production.
