快速成型技術(shù)給模具帶來哪些優(yōu)勢(shì)？

1.模具內(nèi)部需足夠冷卻能力的冷卻水，一般可以通過公式進(jìn)行計(jì)算。廣州本田的模具冷卻方式為通入18~22℃的冷水進(jìn)行冷卻，流量約120~150L/min；
1. Cooling water with sufficient cooling capacity is required inside the mold, which can generally be calculated by formula. The cooling mode of Guangzhou Honda's mold is to inject cold water at 18 ~ 22 ℃ for cooling, with a flow rate of about 120 ~ 150L / min;
2.樹脂在進(jìn)入模腔過程中，需經(jīng)過帶加熱裝置的熱流道和熱噴嘴，保持溫度為180~220℃；
2. When the resin enters the mold cavity, it needs to pass through the hot runner and hot nozzle with heating device to maintain the temperature at 180 ~ 220 ℃;
3.需根據(jù)產(chǎn)品CAE分析的困氣情況，在模具適當(dāng)?shù)牟课婚_排氣槽；

4.考慮抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的速度，油壓一般選用70~80kg/cm2；
