手板模型制作工藝后處理打磨的方法一般可以分為濕打磨，機(jī)械打磨和干打磨三種。（1）機(jī)械打磨：大面積施工時(shí)，為了提高工作效率，可采用機(jī)械打磨方法，如電動(dòng)打磨機(jī)圓盤(pán)式和振動(dòng)式。（2）干打磨：采用砂紙進(jìn)行打磨。適用于硬而脆的漆種的打磨，其缺點(diǎn)是操作過(guò)程中將產(chǎn)生很多粉塵，影響環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。（3）濕打磨：用水砂紙蘸水或肥皂水打磨。水磨能減少磨痕，提高涂層的平滑度，并且省砂紙、省力。但水磨后應(yīng)注意噴涂下層油漆時(shí)，一是要等水磨層完全干透后才能涂下層油漆，否則漆層很容易泛白。另吸水性很強(qiáng)的底材也不宜水磨。
