光固化快速成型系統(tǒng)和激光選擇性燒結(jié)快速成型系統(tǒng)是兩種主要的工藝方法。那么這兩種快速原型設(shè)計(jì)有什么相似之處和不同之處呢?

1. 兩種快速原型技術(shù)的相似之處

這兩種成形技術(shù)的原理非常相似,另外都是作為手板式模具生產(chǎn)不可缺少的技術(shù),在工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中也是應(yīng)用了很多方法。

一般工藝,對(duì)產(chǎn)品精度要求高,表面光潔度要求高,適合于光固化成型快速成型,如果對(duì)一般大型產(chǎn)品,粗度要求高,產(chǎn)品相對(duì)低廉,則選擇光固化成型激光粉末燒結(jié)成型。
The general process requires high precision and surface finish of the product, which is suitable for the rapid prototyping of light curing.
