Rapid prototyping technology has developed rapidly with its extensive application fields and application values since its inception. 快速成型技術(shù)是由三維轉(zhuǎn)化成二維(離散化),再由二維累積到三維(材料積累)的工作過程。目前,快速成型較成熟的工藝方法有選擇性激光燒結(jié)(SLS)、光固化立體造型(SLA)、熔融沉積造型(FDM)以及分層實體制造(LOM)。
Rapid prototyping technology is a working process that transforms from 3D to 2D (discretization), and then accumulates from 2D to 3D (material accumulation). At present, the more mature process methods of rapid prototyping include selective laser sintering (SLS), light curing stereo modeling (SLA), melt deposition modeling (FDM) and layered solid manufacturing (LOM).
選擇性激光燒結(jié)技術(shù)成型過程與零件的復雜程度無關(guān),是真正的自由成型。SLS幾乎可以成型任意幾何外形的零件,.對中空結(jié)構(gòu)(hollowedareas)、槽中套槽(notcheswithinnotches)及懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)(overhangs)等結(jié)構(gòu)的零件成型特殊有效。還有為選擇性激光燒結(jié)技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的典型零件。
The forming process of selective laser sintering technology has nothing to do with the complexity of the parts, and it is a true free forming. SLS can form parts with almost any geometric shape. It is particularly effective for forming parts with hollow structures, notches with in notches, and overhung structures. There are also typical parts produced for SLS technology.

The powder of plastics, metals and ceramics is usually used as the forming material in selective laser sintering. The process is as follows:
先在工作臺上鋪上一層粉末,在計算機掌握下用激光束有選擇地進行燒結(jié)(零件的空心部分不燒結(jié),仍為粉末材料),被燒結(jié)部分則固化在一起構(gòu)成零件的實心部分。一層完成后再進行下一層,新一層與其上一層牢牢地燒結(jié)在一起。全部燒結(jié)完成后,去除多余的粉末,便得到燒結(jié)成的零件。
First, lay a layer of powder on the workbench, and selectively sinter with the laser beam under the control of the computer (the hollow part of the part is not sintered, but is still a powder material). The sintered parts are solidified together to form a solid part of the part. After the completion of one layer, the next layer shall be carried out, and the new layer shall be firmly sintered with the previous layer. After all sintering is completed, the surplus powder is removed to obtain sintered parts.
