手板模型打磨的加工工藝方式

手板模型要想做到跟制成品貼近，做到檢測(cè)出外型的實(shí)際效果，就務(wù)必制做一個(gè)手板模型。手板模型搞好以后，就一定要進(jìn)行手板模型打磨，什么叫手板模型打磨呢？手板模型打磨便是磨掉墻面或者材料表層上的毛邊，油漬塵土，減少產(chǎn)品工件表層的表面粗糙度，對(duì)舊漆膜進(jìn)行打磨后，還可提高鍍層的粘合力這些。手板模型打磨能夠分成傳統(tǒng)手工打磨和現(xiàn)代打磨。

１、機(jī)械打磨：大規(guī)模使用時(shí)，為了更好地提升工作效能。

２、干打磨：選用打磨砂紙進(jìn)行打磨。過(guò)程中將造成許多煙塵，危害清潔衛(wèi)生。

３、濕打磨：用水磨砂紙沾水或肥皂液打磨。水磨石能降低劃痕，提升光滑度，而且省打磨砂紙，省勁。

４、也有一種的打磨方式：“輕磨”，這時(shí)應(yīng)取用較細(xì)砂紙及熟手進(jìn)行
