做手板模型的必要性手板模型是根據(jù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的外觀圖或結(jié)構(gòu)圖制作出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品樣板或者產(chǎn)品模型,并用來(lái)檢測(cè)、評(píng)審產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和外觀的合理性,也用于向市場(chǎng)提供樣品,通過(guò)市場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)滿意程度以及需求程度后在開(kāi)始批量制作生產(chǎn)。

手板模型行業(yè)典型加工流程大致可以分為9道工序,分別為收取圖檔、前期分析、CNC編程、CNC加工、手工修正、拋光打磨、噴涂與絲印、手工組裝、質(zhì)檢發(fā)貨等。

目前為止,3D打印技術(shù)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)非常廣泛了,但是也由于3D打印的材料還需完善,未來(lái)必然是一個(gè)大的趨勢(shì)。目前很多3D打印的材料因?yàn)殡y以忍耐高溫,很多時(shí)候在做一些驗(yàn)證結(jié)構(gòu)的工作,材料太脆等缺點(diǎn),很多精細(xì)化的后工藝處理還是需要通過(guò)其它機(jī)械加工的制作手板方式來(lái)完成。
