手板模型的制作做注意哪些方式？

1.3D打印:3D打印技也叫作增材制造技術(shù),是以字模型文件為基礎(chǔ),融合了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)、材料加工與成型等技術(shù),將專用的材料按照擠壓、燒結(jié)、熔融、光固化、噴射等方式逐層堆積,從而制作成立體的實(shí)物.
1. 3D printing: 3D printing technology, also known as additive manufacturing technology, is based on word model files and integrates computer-aided design, material processing and molding technologies to stack special materials layer by layer in the ways of extrusion, sintering, melting, light curing and spraying, so as to make three-dimensional real objects
2.CNC加工技術(shù):CNC也就是計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字控制機(jī)床,是通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)字化控制精密機(jī)械加工,這也是國(guó)內(nèi)制作手板模型比較常用的一種方式.

3.硅膠復(fù)膜:小批量的手板模型制作通常會(huì)用到硅膠復(fù)膜技術(shù),也叫作真空復(fù)模,是利用產(chǎn)品原型在真空狀態(tài)下制作出硅膠模具,再在真空狀態(tài)下澆注材料,從而復(fù)制出于產(chǎn)品原型相同的手板.因?yàn)橹谱髦芷诙潭疫€便宜,所以經(jīng)常被用到.

4.低壓灌注:低壓灌注主要用的材料是環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂,相比硅膠復(fù)模技術(shù)而言,在物理性能上要好很多.

5.快速模具:快速模具是將正式模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化,再按正式模具的制作過(guò)程制作出來(lái),通過(guò)塑膠機(jī)的注塑和CNC的加工而達(dá)到圖紙要求的產(chǎn)品
5. Rapid tooling: rapid tooling is a product that simplifies the structure of the formal mold, then makes it according to the manufacturing process of the formal mold, and meets the drawing requirements through injection molding of plastic machine and CNC processing
