應(yīng)該如何選擇鈑金手板定制?

鈑金手板定制新產(chǎn)品在剛開(kāi)始發(fā)展的時(shí)候就需要做手板模型的定制。那么新產(chǎn)品的定制好手模型有哪些方式呢?

一是驗(yàn)證外觀。

第二個(gè)是驗(yàn)證功能。

三是參加展會(huì)，用鈑金加工的手板代替產(chǎn)品在展會(huì)上展示，做好前期宣傳工作，甚拿到訂單。

大多數(shù)客戶在鈑金handplate習(xí)俗,或需要找到鈑金加工的廠家,如果板手高的精度要求,盡量選擇鋁合金材料,由于鋁合金的加工handplate設(shè)備更,加工精度達(dá)到0.05毫米,處理速度也快。但是在制作CNC手板的時(shí)候，我們也需要注意一些細(xì)節(jié)。

If the handplate has high precision requirements, try to choose aluminum alloy materials. Because the aluminum alloy processing handplate equipment is more advanced, the processing accuracy reaches 0.05mm, and the processing speed is also fast. 1:確定材料的耐高溫性能、耐磨性、高韌性產(chǎn)品對(duì)材料的不同要求，以及是否需要進(jìn)行整體加工也與材料有關(guān)。如果需要做耐高溫的手板，用PPS的材料比較好，可以承受300度的高溫;如做透明手板，PC和亞克力材料比較好;在拆卸時(shí)，ABS材料是一個(gè)很好的選擇，因?yàn)樗哂泻軓?qiáng)的粘性。

If you need to make a high temperature resistant hand board, PPS material is better, which can withstand the high temperature of 300 ℃; for example, transparent hand board, PC and acrylic material are better; when disassembling, ABS material is a good choice, because it has strong viscosity.
2:確定加工方法

1)數(shù)控加工在數(shù)控加工對(duì)材料進(jìn)行雕刻和銑削加工，并以精湛的手工加工，來(lái)完成數(shù)控加工的手部模型。
1) In CNC machining center, the materials are carved and milled, and the hand model of CNC machining is completed by exquisite manual processing.
2)快速成型SLA又稱光建?；蚣す夤袒焖俪尚停琒LA手板成型技術(shù)在3D打印市場(chǎng)占有較大份額。
2) Rapid prototyping SLA is also known as light modeling or laser curing rapid prototyping. SLA hand plate forming technology has a large share in 3D printing market.
3)硅膠復(fù)合模具真空復(fù)合模具可以先通過(guò)CNC、SLA等各種加工方法得到原型，再通過(guò)原型復(fù)制得到產(chǎn)品。所復(fù)制的產(chǎn)品精度高，強(qiáng)度好，可以滿足各種功能的設(shè)計(jì)要求。適用于小批量功能部件的試制，降低開(kāi)模成本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
3) The vacuum compound mold of silica gel compound mold can get the prototype through CNC, SLA and other processing methods, and then get the product through the prototype replication. The copied products have high precision, good strength and can meet the design requirements of various functions. It is suitable for trial production of small batch of functional parts, reducing the cost and risk of mold opening.
3:確定表面處理一般的手板表面處理有電鍍、噴砂、噴油、氧化、拉絲等，不同的處理效果成本和時(shí)間會(huì)有很大的差別，所以提前確定自己的需要，是關(guān)鍵。值得注意的是，氧化僅適用于鋁合金手板，其他材料的手板不能氧化。
3: To determine the surface treatment of general hand board surface treatment includes electroplating, sandblasting, oil spraying, oxidation, wire drawing, etc., and the cost and time of different treatment effect will be greatly different, so it is the key to determine their own needs in advance. It should be noted that oxidation is only applicable to aluminum alloy handboards, and other materials can not be oxidized.
4:確定金屬板板材的加工費(fèi)用快速打樣成本只需要不多,所以整個(gè)計(jì)算是關(guān)鍵,確保您的需求和預(yù)算,并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇相應(yīng)的鈑金加工工廠,如果你的預(yù)算是足夠的,可以選擇大型鈑金加工廠,所以定制的金屬板的質(zhì)量是保證的。
4: To determine the processing cost of sheet metal, rapid proofing cost only needs a little, so the whole calculation is the key to ensure your needs and budget, and select the corresponding sheet metal processing plant according to the actual situation. If your budget is sufficient, you can choose a large sheet metal processing plant, so the quality of customized sheet metal is guaranteed.
