激光快速成型在農(nóng)機(jī)制造中的應(yīng)用!

農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械生產(chǎn)過程具有特殊性。零件多具有較復(fù)雜的形狀,如耕地機(jī)械、整地機(jī)械和收獲機(jī)械等。此外,復(fù)雜曲面較多,如犁體曲面、旋耕機(jī)旋刀、水泵葉輪和送料螺旋等,而且根據(jù)具體的生產(chǎn)情況不同,其形狀還需相應(yīng)調(diào)整。
The production process of agricultural machinery is special. Most of the parts have complex shapes, such as farming machinery, land preparation machinery and harvesting machinery. In addition, there are many complex curved surfaces, such as plow body curved surface, rotary blade of rotary cultivator, impeller of water pump and feeding screw, etc. Moreover, according to different production conditions, its shape needs to be adjusted accordingly.
因此,利用傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械加工方法研制這種農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械零件,不僅研制開發(fā)時(shí)間長,加工工藝復(fù)雜,而且很難達(dá)到理想的效果。運(yùn)用的激光快速成型集成技術(shù),不僅大大縮短新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期,降低開發(fā)成本,而且制造質(zhì)量也優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)制造方法。

激光選區(qū)燒結(jié)是快速成型制造中的重要工藝方法之一。該技術(shù)采用逐層材料添加的原理,對三維實(shí)體模型進(jìn)行切片分區(qū)處理,生成激光燒結(jié)的掃描路徑.

然后,通過x-Y激光掃捕儀使激光束沿掃描路徑掃描,逐層燒結(jié)同化同體粉末材料(如塑料粉、尼龍粉、蠟、陶瓷或)、金屬與粘結(jié)劑的混合粉或金屬粉等,經(jīng)過燒結(jié)與層層疊加后,更終形成所需的三維工件。

Rapid prototyping technology is the general term of rapid production of samples or parts directly based on CAD model. 因此,該技術(shù)可以對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行快速評價(jià)及修改,有效地縮短了產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)周期,降低了開發(fā)成本,滿足了當(dāng)今競爭口益激烈的市場對新產(chǎn)品快速開發(fā)和快速制造的要求,提高了產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力和企業(yè)的綜合競爭能力。
