〈3〉面漆：面漆分為單層漆和多層漆，是色彩的確定層和裝飾保護(hù)層，單層漆我們通稱為素色漆，也稱普通漆，可以一層完成。多層漆分銀粉系列漆和珍珠系列漆，分雙層及多層施工工序完成的涂料，銀粉漆是由特制鋁質(zhì)材料經(jīng)研而成，具有較高的保護(hù)性及戶外穩(wěn)定性和很強(qiáng)的可觀性，珍珠系列漆是由云母片及貝殼等材料通過(guò)高科技提制而成，是色彩豐富裝飾性極強(qiáng)的涂料。面漆部分的噴涂質(zhì)量要求很高，要做到清潔、豐滿、光亮、不垂、不掛、光澤均勻、不漏噴、不花槍、流平好、不咬底、不浮躁、不偏色，這些全方面做到位，一氣呵成確實(shí)不是件容易事，需要極豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和故障預(yù)排能力。

鈑金噴漆漆面處理： 顧名思義，就是面漆后一道工序，待漆面干固后處理其上面的瑕疵，盡了大的努力都會(huì)流下一部分不十分的地方，那就只有后期補(bǔ)救了，其實(shí)噴涂得再滿意的漆面都不是十分的，裝車油漆都會(huì)有輕微的細(xì)魚(yú)鱗狀現(xiàn)象，我們通稱桔皮現(xiàn)象，這是漆膜在流平過(guò)程中的干燥時(shí)差所產(chǎn)生的自然現(xiàn)象，當(dāng)然一般人是難以察覺(jué)的，要用級(jí)的欣賞水平才能發(fā)覺(jué)，所以要騙過(guò)的眼睛，就只有進(jìn)行漆面處理了，我們稱為“鏡面處理”。
