快速成型技術(shù)是在計算機控制下,基于離散、堆積的原理采用不同方法堆積材料,完成零件的成形與制造的技術(shù)。下面來講講山東快速成型的特點以及基本的原理。

基本原理

1、從成形角度看,零件可視為“點”或“面”的疊加。從CAD電子模型中離散得到“點”或“面”的幾何信息,再與成形工藝參數(shù)信息結(jié)合,控制材料有規(guī)律、精確地由點到面,由面到體地堆積零件。
1. From the forming point of view, the part can be regarded as the superposition of "points" or "faces". The geometric information of "point" or "face" is obtained from the discrete CAD electronic model, and then combined with the information of forming process parameters to control the material to accumulate parts from point to face and from face to body regularly and accurately.
2、從制造角度看,它根據(jù)CAD造型生成零件三維幾何信息,控制多維系統(tǒng),通過激光束或其他方法將材料逐層堆積而形成原型或零件。
