從成形角度看,零件可視為“點(diǎn)”或“面”的疊加。從CAD電子模型中離散得到“點(diǎn)”或“面”的幾何信息,再與成形工藝參數(shù)信息結(jié)合,控制材料有規(guī)律地由點(diǎn)到面,由面到體地堆積零件。
