為什么制作手板需要3D圖紙?

手板模型在企業(yè)研發(fā)階段起到一個(gè)很關(guān)鍵的作用,可以檢測(cè)產(chǎn)品外觀、結(jié)構(gòu)的不足之處,大部分企業(yè)在圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)完成之后會(huì)找手板廠先做手板來(lái)驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)行手板模型的制作必不可少的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)就是3D圖紙。
The hand board model plays a key role in the R & D stage of the enterprise. It can detect the defects of the product appearance and structure. Most enterprises will find the hand board factory to verify the hand board after the completion of the drawing design. 3D drawing is an essential link for the production of the hand board model.
3D圖也叫三維立體圖,它能夠通過(guò)眼睛的視覺(jué)成像系統(tǒng)的重合和分離,讓觀者能夠地清楚其設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)圖中隱含的圖像一目了然。
3D image is also called three-dimensional image. It can make the design structure clear and the hidden image clear through the superposition and separation of the visual imaging system of the eyes.
而手板制作企業(yè)則可以通過(guò)3D圖更加清楚、了解客戶所做手板模型的尺寸大小,內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜度與產(chǎn)品外觀效果,判斷一個(gè)手板模型生產(chǎn)所需要的時(shí)間,能夠準(zhǔn)確、快捷地給客戶報(bào)價(jià)和交期。

同時(shí)不管是CNC加工還是SLA激光快速成型或者是3D打印加工都需要3D圖來(lái)進(jìn)行編程的,然后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的功能選擇相應(yīng)的材料。

在手板制造行業(yè)中,不管是CNC加工、3D打印還是硅膠復(fù)模的加工方式,都需要客戶提供3D圖才可以制作,手板廠一般能打開(kāi)3D圖紙格式有STP、IGS、PRT等,有些圖紙的格式是無(wú)法打開(kāi)的,所以在交付工廠制作手板前,需要先詢問(wèn)合適的3D圖紙格式。

就目前而言,制作手板主要方式主要有CNC加工、3D打印、真空復(fù)模、模具注塑等工藝。雖然這些制作技術(shù)的工作原理各不相同,但是,毋庸置疑的是都必須要用到3D圖紙。

CNC加工的基本原理就是數(shù)控車床給加工路線指車刀從對(duì)刀點(diǎn)或機(jī)床固定原點(diǎn)開(kāi)始運(yùn)動(dòng)起,直返回該點(diǎn)并結(jié)束加工程序所經(jīng)過(guò)的路徑,包括切削加工的路徑及刀具切入、切出等非切削空行程路徑,而這些路徑的設(shè)定都需要根據(jù)3D圖紙來(lái)設(shè)定的。

現(xiàn)階段3D打印機(jī)被用來(lái)制造產(chǎn)品。逐層打印的方式來(lái)構(gòu)造物體的技術(shù)。3D打印機(jī)的原理是把數(shù)據(jù)和原料放進(jìn)3D打印機(jī)中,機(jī)器會(huì)按照程序把產(chǎn)品一層層造出來(lái)。

真空復(fù)模技術(shù)是利用產(chǎn)品原型,如:快速原型件、樣件、手板在真空狀態(tài)下制作出硅膠模具,并在真空狀態(tài)下采用PU材料進(jìn)行澆注,從而克隆出與產(chǎn)品原型相同的復(fù)制件。而這個(gè)復(fù)模手板的原型就是通過(guò)CNC加工或者3D打印做出來(lái)的,所以做復(fù)模手板也需要3D圖紙。
The vacuum replica technology is to use the product prototype, such as rapid prototype, sample and hand plate to make silica gel mold in vacuum state, and use PU material to pour in vacuum state, so as to clone the same replica as the product prototype. The prototype of the hand board is made by CNC processing or 3D printing, so 3D drawings are also needed to make the hand board.
如果沒(méi)有3D圖怎么辦?遇到這種情況的話,如果有產(chǎn)品實(shí)物也是可以做手板的,只需要將實(shí)物拿去抄數(shù)來(lái)畫(huà)3D圖就可以,或者尋找有設(shè)計(jì)能力的手板制作公司幫助設(shè)計(jì)圖紙。
What if there is no 3D map? In this case, if there is a real product, it can also be made of handboards. You only need to copy the real product to draw 3D drawings, or find a handboard making company with design ability to help design drawings.
