手板模型處理過程中不要出現(xiàn)哪些現(xiàn)象？

一、手板模型手板手工
1、 Handmade model Handmade
1、生產(chǎn)工藝和圖紙不要對(duì)錯(cuò)；
1. Do not make mistakes in production process and drawings;
2、(ABS材料)產(chǎn)品在粘接時(shí)，注意膠水的用量多或少，不要有開裂現(xiàn)象；
2. (ABS material) when bonding products, pay attention to the amount of glue used is too much or too little, and do not crack;
3、(亞克力材料)產(chǎn)品在粘接時(shí)，不要有開裂、氣泡的現(xiàn)象；
3. (acrylic material) when the product is bonded, there shall be no cracks or bubbles;
4、(PC材料)產(chǎn)品放在烤箱或用風(fēng)筒吹時(shí)，溫度不要過高；

5、(POM、尼龍、鋁合金材料)產(chǎn)品不能粘接，原因是這三種材料膠水粘不穩(wěn)，所以是不能用CNC拆件加工的，手工打孔時(shí)不能把孔位打偏，否則產(chǎn)品就會(huì)報(bào)廢；
5. (POM, nylon, aluminum alloy materials) products can't be bonded, because the glue of these three materials is not stable, so it can't be processed by CNC disassembly, and the hole position can't be deviated during manual drilling, otherwise the products will be scrapped;
6、組裝時(shí)不要粘接錯(cuò)地方，不要有錯(cuò)位和間隙；

7、產(chǎn)品工件有R角的打磨不要打成了直角，還有工件邊緣有弧度的地方，打磨時(shí)也許需要注意。

8、打磨不要把尺寸打小。

9、復(fù)模注意不要變形和縮水，不要有太多的氣泡，如果氣泡多會(huì)加大手工那邊的工作量

四、手板模型手板噴油。

10、噴油方面不要有色差、油漆爆裂、掉漆等現(xiàn)象，還有在調(diào)油和噴油時(shí)控制塵點(diǎn)。
